Hello!
You can first try a treatment that is available over the counter. This is a salicylic acid liquid, such as Soluver or Compound W. Here are the steps to follow:
  • Clean the area well
  • Soak the foot in warm water for about 5 minutes and be sure to dry it well
  • Apply the liquid and let it dry
  • Cover with a bandage if needed
Also, you can apply a substance such as Vaseline around the wart so that the adjacent skin is not irritated.
You can repeat these steps once or twice a day until it heals. A treatment may take several weeks.
If despite this attempt the wart is still present, I encourage you to see a doctor so that he or she can treat it with another method.
