Hello ma'am, I'm sorry to read about your troubles!
If you have no contraindications to taking it, Gravol (dimenhydrinate) is a good solution to reduce nausea. It is available without a prescription behind the counter in different forms as an oral liquid or suppository.
Acetaminophen (Tylenol and other brands) can help relieve aches and pains.
For the next few days, I invite you to favour light foods such as soups, broths, toast, eggs, brown rice, and to avoid very fatty or very sweet foods such as red meat and undiluted fruit juices.
Be sure to stay hydrated, taking 1 sip of fluid every 3 to 5 minutes (do not drink too quickly as this can also trigger nausea).
I hope this was helpful and I am available if you have any further questions!
