I have a 4 month old boy who received his vaccines yesterday. The fever has been at 38°C since then. What can I do to reduce the fever?

Hello Ma'am,
How has the situation changed since yesterday?
Be aware that fever from vaccines usually lasts less than 2 days (and just because the child had a fever at their 3 month vaccine does not mean they will have a fever at the 6 month vaccine).
Usually, this is well controlled with Tylenol™ as you already do. Note that one does not necessarily seek to make the fever go away completely with this medication. Rather, we'll be looking to make the child comfortable in appearance.
It's a pleasure,
