My 3 year old boy has some kind of psoriasis or eczema in his scalp, what should we do? He seems to be losing hair on his patch on the back of his head.

It is almost impossible to make a judgement without first seeing the lesions you are referring to (which is impossible here). Besides, psoriasis is a disease that usually develops at an older age. As for eczema, it usually affects other parts of the body and causes little hair loss.
So I recommend that you go to a pharmacy to show the lesions. If possible, it is ideal to bring your child directly and pictures as well. The pharmacist on duty will be able to direct you to the right product based on his observations, or recommend a medical consultation if he deems it necessary.
