Hello ma'am,.
Does your little one seem bothered? Has the allergist given any indication if this should occur?
If your child does not have any symptoms other than the rash, and it is on a large part of the body, you could give Benadryl, but keep in mind that this medication can cause drowsiness or excitement in the very young. The dose is given according to your child's weight so I suggest contacting your pharmacist who can tell you the exact volume based on your child's weight and the concentration of the product you choose.
Otherwise, I would only suggest applying fragrance-free moisturizer such as Aveeno, Base Glaxal or Cerave among others as often as needed.
I hope this was helpful, please feel free if you have any other questions

Thank you very much for the response but no I did not get any indication because he was convinced he would not respond. He only told me to call him if there was any appearance of plaques. So I left a message but didn't ask in case it happened what to do.
