I have a swollen lymph node in my neck/throat. I have a runny nose especially at night nothing else

Please note that my covid test is negative
my only symptoms are a slightly runny nose and this ganglion that appears on and off

If you have a cold, it is normal for the nodes to be a little swollen. For now, just monitor the situation. If it persists for more than a week or gets worse, you will have to see a doctor, just to be on the safe side.
