Can the node remain swollen 1 month after my last cold only because of pregnancy congestion?

I had two colds one after the other in December and January. They caused a swollen neck lymph node but have healed.
I have a lot of secretions in my sinuses due to pregnancy hormones and the neck lymph node is still not swelling.

Good morning, ma'am,
Swollen lymph nodes frequently occur during and after an infection, illness, fatigue or stress. It can persist for several weeks but should not be accompanied by other symptoms.
I invite you to avoid touching and massaging them. As long as you have a runny nose, it can last up to 4 weeks.
I will be available if you have any further questions!
