I have a node under my collarbone 10 days after receiving the Pfizer COVID vaccine. Should I be concerned?

I would like to point out that my ganglion is on the left side, the side where I was vaccinated

Hello,
This is a side effect that is quite possible and self-limiting. Indeed, since the vaccine "boosts" your immune system and a ganglion is a cluster of white blood cells of the immune system, this happens with vaccines in general
Note that this side effect is more common in those who have previously had COVID, but it can happen in those who have not had it either
