Hello sir, what exactly is your question?

Hello, I would like to have my tax papers filled for the rest of my life as well as renew my prescriptions so the Statex every 6 months and the others are prescribed for another 18 months. I don't have a family doctor since the end of June

By tax papers, do you mean the 2021 Drug Spending Statement? Your pharmacy can print it for you if you wish. You will have to contact them directly.
For refills, you will also need to contact your pharmacy directly, in person or by phone. If a prescription has expired, your pharmacist will assess whether or not it can be extended.
Also, I invite you to consult this link to register for a new family physician.
Sincerely
Tom Samaha, Pharmacist

Thanks for the clarification!
Pharmacists can indeed extend prescriptions in order not to interrupt treatment. If you are taking this medication on a regular basis, and your pharmacist has been following up with you regularly, it would be appropriate to ask if an extension of more than one month would be possible
Let me explain: if your pharmacist has already extended your medication by one month, he/she must be able to justify this, and assess whether a longer extension would be possible. We are very aware of the realities of the difficulties of accessing a doctor, and the fact that it is a narcotic (statex) should not be the only reason why a longer extension would be denied
Again, it's a little hard to say because I don't have all the information, but a short conversation with your pharmacist about the extension would help get you both on the same page
Finally, pharmacists cannot fill out the paperwork to establish your status, only a doctor can do that, unfortunately.
