Can I divide the dose of alprazolam into two doses a day?

Alprazolam taken 1 mg in the morning uni dose, I wake up in anxiety attack every morning. Is it possible that it is the plasma concentration that is at fault and that it would be better to split the dose into two doses in the morning and evening?
Should I split the dose in two? Can there be a link?

Alprazolam is intended to reduce the symptoms of anxiety in a temporary way. Also, the medication has a long duration of effect, so I don't think that taking it twice a day instead of once would bring more benefits
If you find that you need to use alprazolam regularly, it may not be the best option, especially in the long term. I strongly urge you to re-consult your doctor for a re-evaluation of your condition and needs.
