I have dimples in my breasts when I lift my arms. Is this normal?

The left breast is a little less noticeable than the right one, but it's almost in the same place. I noticed it a year ago but thought it was normal. It hasn't changed since I noticed it last year.

I saw a doctor for this today, she didn't seem concerned about the hollows...I'm a little mixed up because it's a breast symptom

Hello Ma'am,
Sorry for the delay in response.
I see you have consulted. I am of the opinion that it is indeed not too concerning. At your age, it may be from skin adhesions on the pectoral, or simply a deformity of the skin, or a deformity of the mammary gland caused by pregnancies.
I would recommend that you simply monitor the situation during and after the pregnancy. If the "dimple" is still there 3 months after delivery, get back to me.

Yes, let's follow that up. But don't worry too much for now I'll confirm it.
Good day,
Alexander
