for your spouse, can you describe more? Thank you

Sometimes pain during urination after sexual relations on my side. For my partner, it's always after intercourse too, the cracks are in the foreskin. He is diabetic, it can look like balanitis, but it was resolved until recently, so we wondered if it was related to my vaginal flora

has he been diagnosed with balanitis? What about you, do you have recurrent vaginal infections?

No I have never had any vaginal infections
He was diagnosed with diabetes and had seen a pharmacist about it (balanitis) before he was diagnosed with diabetes and was told it looked a lot like this

In fact yes, it looks like balanitis or balanoposthitis, but the diagnosis is confirmed just by physical examination. So if this is the case, balanitis or balanoposthitis (inflammation of the foreskin), there are infectious and non-infectious triggers, such as diabetes, candidiasis, dermatitis ...). A balanced vaginal flora cannot be a cause. On the other hand, until you see a doctor to confirm the diagnosis, penis hygiene is essential after urinating or having sex, it remains an excellent means of prevention, in addition to controlling diabetes
