I am very tired, cold and then very hot, headache?

Question

For the past 2-3 days, I have been feeling very cold or very hot, I have had a big headache when I get up and I feel dizzy. I have swollen upper eyelids and no allergies. Also very tired. Will this eventually pass? What could it be? What can I do to help? I take tylenol and I tried benadryl, it decreases the symptoms a little but not tremendously.

Hello ma'am, sorry to read about your troubles! Would it be possible to know if you have tried anything for these symptoms? Thanks for the comeback! You did well with Tylenol. However, if it persists for more than 7 days without improvement or gets worse, you will need to see a doctor so as not to delay proper treatment, if any.
