Is it normal that when I finish running in the cold like today, I feel a little wheezy?

No diagnosis of asthma and that worries me a bit, thanks!

Hello!
The cold can sometimes make it harder to breathe. Do you experience the same symptoms when running in warmer temperatures?
If you don't have a diagnosis of asthma, it's not a concern, as long as you can breathe well. I wouldn't worry about it!
I look forward to hearing from you :)

When I run in the summer if I'm doing a really big effort with a lot of breathing it does a little but not as much as yesterday. I wasn't having trouble breathing and I wasn't just coughing a weird noise

Thank you for this information!
In this case, it doesn't seem to be a concern, try to practice indoors if it bothers you too much, especially in winter :)
