My 1 year old son has a patch of exzema/urticaria under his chin (teething). What product can I use to reduce the redness?

Hello Ma'am,
For this type of lesion, it is best to apply Vaseline to the chin before each meal and after bathing. Before bedtime, instead of applying Vaseline™, hydrocortisone cream 0.5% should be applied for 2 consecutive nights.
We should be able to relieve the redness and prevent its return with Vaseline (it acts as a barrier against saliva).
Happy day,
