I highly suggest a slightly more concentrated cream, such as Zincofax extra strength. This should be applied at every diaper change. I also recommend checking the diaper often, to change it as soon as it becomes soiled In the bath, avoid perfumed soaps, and avoid rubbing the area too vigorously, so as not to increase irritation.
