My son has a lump under his ribs?

Hump below the right ribs For some time he has had a stomach ache, loss of appetite, nausea and dizziness. It has been about 1 month. I thought it was because he got a blow (he's 13) but he doesn't seem to know where the lump came from... I thought it would go away with time but now it seems not
