My 3 year old son has a fever but no one in the family has any symptoms and we are on lockdown. What could be the cause?

It can be many things:)

It doesn't take contact with an infected person for a child to develop a fever. It can also come from a small microbe that was "sleeping" in his body and woke up.

Considering his age, if the fever is present for more than 3 days, we will go see a doctor. If not, we continue the containment as if nothing was wrong :)
