My 3 year old son has a lot of eczema, especially during the winter season. Would you have a particular cream to recommend?

Good morning, ma'am!
Yes, of course. It's always a good idea for a child, especially one with eczema, to use a moisturizer that is fragrance-free and free of irritants. In short, there are a few options but I like to suggest Cetaphil Restoraderm cream (you can find it in pharmacies). It is particularly good for eczema by increasing the hydration on the surface of the skin. Ideally it is applied twice a day (after bathing) but there is nothing to stop you from using it more than that on your body and face :)
Hopefully this answers your question!
