Residual information:
-fall on stairs on Wednesday, according to the babysitter, no blow to the head but a broken tooth...
-baby sleeps well, general condition good, housekeeping as usual
Q: I don't know what belongs to the virus (vomiting and diarrhea on Sunday) or the fall (happened on Wednesday, vomiting on Wednesday as well). And how to organize my next days with baby, do I need to change his diet... keep monitoring the symptoms...
thank you

Hello, thank you for your question!
For now, try to keep your child well hydrated by encouraging them to drink. Encourage light foods like soups and broths, soda crackers, rice, etc. While avoiding heavy, sugary foods like red meat and undiluted fruit juices.
In addition, this document from Ste-Justine is very well presented:
If your child develops a fever that persists for more than 3 days, or is unable to eat or drink, a doctor should be consulted as a precaution.
Hopefully, this has been helpful, please do not hesitate if you have any further questions!
