She is very healthy. I have never smelled my daughter's urine like this before. Note that there is no trace of blood and that the drinking has not decreased (between 28 and 32-24oz per day).

Yes, this is normal and not something to worry about if it is not accompanied by other symptoms such as fever, blood in the urine, or pain in the child (the appearance of pain rather at this age).
The composition of urine changes with time and it is possible that in a few weeks his urine will become less odorous on its own.
I finally invite you to discuss this with your doctor at his next appointment if this is still present (6 months).
