Hello my daughter has had diarrhea for 3 days, when should I consult?

She is 2.5 years old, her general condition is good, she only complains of stomach aches before she poops and these are very few. She doesn't poop more, that is to say that it only happens in the morning when she usually poops. She eats a little less but I hydrate her at the time of the stool just in case.

Hello Mrs.,
I am reassured that you are still reporting a good general condition of your daughter, that is the most important, with eating and drinking well. Just make sure that the diarrhea is only temporary.
For loose stools (not diarrhea), this is not worrisome, but if your daughter complains of stomach pain for a long period of time (more than 2 weeks), and it is impossible to identify a cause or a food, I suggest to consult a doctor, just to be safe.
I hope I've been helpful, don't hesitate if you have any other questions!

So if within 2 weeks everything is in place no need to consult? The diarrhea can last in time without it being a reason for consultation?

Yes, that's right, if everything goes back to normal within 2 weeks, there's no need to consult a doctor
As for the diarrhea, we are talking about liquid stools, which should not last more thana week.

If there are lumps in it like dough, is it considered a diarrhea?

Diarrhea describes loose stools. Whether it is liquid or soft, there may be "lumps".
