My daughter has a diaper rash following diarrhea. What should I do?

Hello, my daughter has had a severe diaper rash for 2 days. She has had a lot of liquid stools (almost at each diaper change she has a small stool) due to the antibiotic she is taking. I already apply zincofax 40% at each diaper change. She screams in pain at every change. Would a hydrocortisone cream help?
Ps: I have an appointment with the doctor next Tuesday for another reason, I will show him if it is still raw.

Good morning, ma'am,
You did the right thing with the 40% zinc paste. I suggest to apply it at each diaper change. You will also have to check the diaper often to change it as soon as it becomes the least bit dirty or wet.
