My 7 month old daughter has had red patches on her stomach for a few days. It doesn't seem to bother her (pain or itching).

It is difficult to assess the patches without seeing them. It could simply be dryness that is causing the redness. It would probably be best for you to go see your pharmacist in person so that he or she can see the patches (size, color, appearance, size) and suggest something to apply if needed.
