Hello Ma'am,
First, be aware that colchicine does not induce a significant enough decrease in the immune system that it would cause a greater risk to your daughter.
Finally, considering the lack of fever, there is no need to worry at this time.
If she or a family member should begin to experience fever, coughing, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing or very severe fatigue, I recommend you visit this site (😊👉CoronaCheck) created by Swiss authorities, but very adequate to our "local" situation in Quebec.
If the tool recommends that you consult a doctor, I recommend that you call 1-877-644-4545. The staff on the other end of the line will direct you to the nearest screening clinic and make an appointment for you (which is why you should not go directly to the clinics).
Note that anyone who has been in close contact with someone who is recommended for screening should also be screened. By close contact, we mean that they have spent more than 4 hours in the same room as a person to be screened, or has been in direct contact (kissing, talking) with that person.
On the day of your appointment, I recommend that you get there without taking public transportation.
Have a great day!
