My 19 month old daughter's temperature was 39.6 last night and 39.1 this morning. After the 2 temperature readings I gave her 2ml of tempra.

She has been holding her ears on and off for the past week...she is really more clingy and fussy. I am worried.

You did the right thing by giving her Tempraâ„¢.
Since your daughter has developed a fever and seems to have an earache, I would advise you to see a doctor first thing in the morning. The doctor will be able to judge if an antibiotic is needed. If you are unable to see a doctor, I invite you to use the Hello Health platform to get a virtual consultation.
In the meantime, you can continue to administer Tempraâ„¢ if her general condition is still ugly.
