My 26 month old daughter has been having difficulty with her bowel movements for a few days.

It's been 7 days since she did a real nice poop. Since yesterday, she's been doing mini soft poops (mini that stays between the buttocks) but she seems to force them a lot. It's also a bit sandy/dry

Hello,
In order to answer properly, I need some additional information.
Is her appetite decreased?
Does she seem to have abdominal discomfort?
Does she drink a lot?

His appetite has always been weak. This is nothing new. The discomfort seems to come just as her poop craving arrives. She forces it out for a few minutes, but it is a soft trace that is in the diaper. You can see that there is still some poop coming out of her anus. She is drinking her milk and water well. I have tried prune puree, but she doesn't want it

Thanks for the clarification. Sorry for the delay, I have been busy at the pharmacy
So based on the information you gave me, the best choice would be Lax-A-Day. This powder is to be taken once a day in a good amount of liquid. It is a laxative that is not very violent, but not very gentle either. It has a good effect to soften the stool and help evacuate.
Could you give me its weight so that I can calculate the dose to give you?

At her appointment in February it was around 25 pounds. I can also weigh her

At this weight, she could receive half the adult dose without any problem. So, 8.5g in a good amount of liquid once a day regularly for 7 days and then as needed thereafter
