My 6 1/2 month old daughter has COVID and doesn't seem to want to eat?

We only introduced feeding a week ago because she wasn't standing up straight enough. We chose to do the DME like our other child. However, she doesn't seem interested. She turns her head when I hand her a food. I have also tried cereal and purees, to no avail. She is breastfed on demand (about every 2 hours except at night). Could this be due to the covid (because she is really not in good shape). I'm a little worried about this, I wouldn't want her to go through withdrawal and I wouldn't want it to last forever. Thank you! Thank you! She wets her diapers well and has frequent bowel movements. But it's ok if she hardly eats at 6 months and 2 weeks?
