Hello Ma'am,

Try going to a pharmacy to show the lesions to a pharmacist. Indeed, it is impossible for me to make an opinion without seeing the plaques.

The pharmacist on duty will be able to judge the severity of the lesions and will recommend an over-the-counter treatment or medical consultation, if appropriate.
