Her general condition seems good. She is more sensitive and tired, the clothes seem to bother her a little, she is more clingy and also has symptoms of colds (runny nose, cough, discomfort, touches her forehead a lot ...) She had an episode of fever at the beginning of the month (38.6)

It is virtually impossible to comment without first seeing the pimples you refer to (which is impossible here).
However, given the symptoms stated (fever,pimples,discomfort) and the dermatological component I suggest you go see your doctor.
