My one month old baby has pimples in the diaper area, I use Zincofax, what should I do?

You did the right thing with the zinc paste. I suggest you make sure you use the "extra strong" form, concentrated at 40% zinc

Apply the paste at each coat change. Check the diaper often and change it as soon as it gets wet or dirty. Also, I suggest unscented wet wipes for cleaning, just like bath soap.
