Hello Ma'am,
How is your child's general condition (fever, irritability, appetite, etc)?
Have you noticed any triggers for the sweating (new, warmer or heavier sheets, stressful times, going to bed later than usual, more tired lately, etc.)?
Have you tried any ways to decrease the sweating?
Is this new in the child? How long has this been happening?
Is the sweating present every night?
There are several causes for night sweating. Do you think the child may be suffering from night terrors?
If the sweating is only spontaneous and the child is in good general condition, it should not worry you. If it is persistent and tends to return frequently, or the child's general condition is affected, I would advise you to check with a doctor to find the cause.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello
this has been going on for quite a while! She is in good shape overall but I found it a little intense , she gets so wet her hair looks like she just got out of the shower .
I know she has a very very very restless sleep , some night terrors still ...
thanks for your help

And what does she wear to bed? Does it feel the same even if she's only wearing underwear and we pull back a few blankets?

Okay, thank you for this information! If your daughter maintains a good overall condition, no need to worry. This may pass with time. However, if you notice that she has a fever, or if she seems dehydrated, you should go to a doctor to make sure everything is okay. Put on as little clothing as possible at night, and you might try putting a fan in her room so the wind can cool her down.
I hope this answers your question!
