My 2 year old daughter has had yellow secretions in her eyes for 3 days and seems sensitive to light?

You are doing exactly what is recommended, which is nasal hygiene as often as necessary and cleaning your eyes with a wet towel. Just don't reuse it or share it

In most cases this is caused by a virus and will go away by itself. If the situation persists for more than 7 days, however, you should consult a doctor as a precaution.
