For fever, the use of Tylenol or Tempra is a solution to consider for your daughter, if you see her bothered by fever. Please consult your pharmacist who will tell you the exact dose to give her according to her weight and the product chosen.

For discharge and cough, the best treatment is sinus irrigation with saline water, such as Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse. I invite you to use this product as often as necessary during the day but at least 1 hour before bedtime

If the fever persists beyond 3 days, you should consult a doctor. If this is the case, bring to the doctor a list of antibiotics and other treatments received in the last 3 months.
