In such a situation, the main risk is dehydration. So, if you don't have more than 3 diarrheas a day, I would only recommend that you drink plenty of water. If you are urinating less, or your skin (lips) is dry, I recommend going to a pharmacy to get a rehydration solution.

If you still have a fever in 3 days, or if you still have diarrhea in 7 days, you will need to go see a doctor.
