For now, there is no need to worry. A fever only at night does not necessarily indicate a problem, especially if her general condition remains good and she is eating & drinking, even if a little less. You can of course give her acetaminophen (Tylenol, Tempra and other brands) and encourage her to drink plenty of fluids.

If the fever persists for 3 days, you should consult a doctor.

As a reminder, I would like to point out that at this age, rectal temperature (or oral temperature if the child can follow the instructions) will give the most accurate measurement.

Since she does not have a fever and her general condition is good, I do not see a problem, but you should refer to the school services to be sure.
