My 4 month old baby seems to have a fever for a few weeks?

My 4 month old baby has had a few episodes of fever for the last 2 3 weeks only in the evening before bedtime (about 38.0 38.2) during the day her temperature is around 37.3 37.8. She is only in her pajamas and does not seem to be hot or cold, but I think she is teething.

If the rectal temperature indicates 37.6 to 37.8, there is no need to worry :)
