Can I go to work if I have had COVID and still have congestion?

I tested positive to covid since last Monday, 3rd test done this morning, do I still go to work tomorrow morning even with a still congested nose and a great fatigue? I have been sick for 15 days.

Hello ma'am, since the beginning of your symptoms, has there been an improvement in your symptoms?

If yes, you can move around but wearing a mask if distancing cannot be assured.

If not, you need 10 days of isolation.
