I had a fever on Dec. 29 and have had a bad headache ever since. Tylenol every 5 hours is ok?

Yes, it's okay to take Tylenol™ at this frequency, as long as you don't exceed the maximum recommended dose per day of 4 grams (or 8 Tylenol™ Extra Strength tablets).
