Is it too much iron or is the product staining her teeth? Will the stains disappear when she stops taking it or not?

Hello. My 10 month old daughter is taking iron supplements. Enfanmil iron-in-sol. I have noticed that the tips of her teeth are now black and I suspect that the iron is involved. We're a little worried because it's quite noticeable and she'll have her baby teeth for a while! The iron was prescribed to prevent a deficiency as she eats very little.

Good evening,
iron can indeed stain the teeth, but rest assured, it is reversible.
You can give the iron drops with water or juice. If you use a syringe, give the iron towards the bottom of the mouth to avoid touching the teeth and then give water to your child
