In this kind of situation, and considering that it is impossible for me to make an opinion without seeing the circle of pimples, I highly recommend you to consult a doctor at your hotel's site, or to go to a pharmacy if you are close to the city (and that it is not too dangerous for you).

The professional will be able to advise you the right cream or even prescribe a medication to be taken by mouth if the severity of the infection requires it.
