My child is very selective about what he eats, what can I do?

Since 6 months, My child is very selective about what he eats, even not eating prepared meals. Prefers sweets, juice. He hardly drinks any water. What can I do to promote a healthy growth curve? Occasional vomiting at night, urine and stool without any particularity.

Good morning madam,
You describe a very common problem, the selective child is one of the phases of his development :)
If your child realizes that there are sweet products, the choice will be easy. I suggest introducing one food at a time per day, and vary. Many vegetables can have a sweet taste, such as pumpkin, sweet potatoes, cauliflower etc
Introduce a routine for foods, at specific times, and give him a small amount before the milk.
