I have been feeling tired and weak for some time?

Taking syntroid 100mcg...since radiation of the gland one year ago....since fatigue....muscular weakness....my blood tests are correct....is there any vitamins I can take to alleviate these symptoms...also dryness ++ and swollen eyes in the morning..... What to do....Can taking vitamins help me to overcome these symptoms?
