Can I take green tea extract when I'm on chemo?

Good evening ma'am,

Generally, we try not to take green tea extract with chemotherapy, as the antioxidant effect of it could reduce the effectiveness of some chemos.

That said, I would recommend asking your treating team directly. Depending on the chemo you are receiving, the answer could be different :)
