Good morning, Madam,
In order to better understand the situation, would it be possible to obtain the following information:
  • How long have you noticed this?
  • Are you taking any medication? If so, since when, including changes in dosage?
  • Have you been pregnant recently or are you currently pregnant or breastfeeding?
  • Has there been a change in your diet in the last few weeks, exercise level, weight, state of mind?
Thank you for your time!

hello, thank you for your answer, I am trying this platform for the first time.
Here is the answer to the questions:
  • i noticed this about 2-3 years ago, gradually. My hair has thinned out gradually, so that now my whole quilt is as big as a dime
  • i don't take any medication and haven't taken any in the last 15 years
  • -i have never had children and don't plan to have any either and I have been wearing the copper IUD for 10 years (so no hormones)
  • i've had a stable weight for 15 years...no change in my lifestyle
  • i eat very little meat (occasional poultry and no red meat), but I believe I have a balanced and healthy diet (I studied nutrition after all)
here it is. I don't know how to explain it. I am considering taking supplements such as Nutri-cap (hair loss) or bio-sils, but wonder if the doses are large enough to see a change.
Thanks

Thank you for the feedback
You can try taking Nutri Cap if you wish but do not expect miracles. That being said, this product will only help if you have a deficiency
Therefore, it is my strong opinion that if you have noticed significant hair loss, you should consult a physician so that probable causes can be proposed and evaluated.

okay, thank you very much. I will talk to my doctor about it rather than putting money into capsules. Thanks for the feedback and have a good day
