Hello, I am a 27 year old female with moderate to high blood pressure (140/80) without medication. I also have ADHD and I am afraid that I will not be able to take my ADHD medication anymore since it raises my pressure.

Hello ma'am, thank you for your question!
There are several other medications for ADHD in which psychostimulants increase blood pressure too much. For example, a combination of psychostimulant at a lower dose with another medication that does not increase blood pressure. Treatment should be individualized and monitored at every step.
Your pharmacist will be able to customize a plan with you and suggest alternatives to your doctor.
