Is there any contraindication to receiving the covid-19 vaccine if I have the MTHFR gene mutation?

Hello Ma'am,

According to my research, there is no data in the literature indicating a contraindication to vaccination against COVID-19 in patients with this mutation. Some data even report that certain variations of this mutation may increase the vulnerability of these patients following COVID-19 infection.

To date, the only contraindication to vaccination is an anaphylactic reaction to any component of the vaccine.
