My 5 year old has a good cold and has been very congested for 2-3 days. It's coming out of his eyes. I am unable to give him sinus/rinse or hydrasense because he is not cooperating. I do sinus massage but it's not enough

Hello!
Oral decongestants for nasal sprays are not recommended for children of under 6 years old. There is little evidence of effectiveness in this age group. The risk of side effects therefore outweighs the possible benefits.
Unfortunately, I can't suggest any product to relieve it. You should know that in general, colds can last up to 7 to 10 days and then resolve themselves.
I suggest you try this method of giving your child the saline solution:
Have him/her sit up and keep his/her head upright.
Give 5 sprays of the saline solution in one nostril, then repeat a second time.
Repeat in the other nostril.
Tilt your child's head forward
Blow one nostril at a time.
Hopefully, I have been able to help you,
