Are there any food supplements or probiotics in capsule form for maintaining vaginal health?

Hello, I suffer from recurrent vaginitis. I have seen several doctors and a genicologist for this problem. I was prescribed Fluconazole once a week for 6 months. The doctor told me to follow the treatment for 6 months and then to make another appointment to evaluate the problem. I have been on the treatment for 4 months now. However, the fluco helps, but does not solve the problem completely. I was prescribed it once a week ( every 7 days) but I need to take it every 4 days to get some control of the problem. Here is what it does for me: Day 1 (taking the pill): no change Day 2: great pain in the lower abdomen, vaginal liquid loss and bleeding sometimes. Day 3: improvement, less pain, no more bleeding Day 4: great! No more symptoms Day 5: small white discharge Day 6: whitish discharge, itching Day 7: many symptoms, big loss, big itching, irritation... And then we start again... Here it is, so it works, but it comes back each time. With one dose every 4 days I have a better control of my symptoms. The problem is that I have the impression that this is a very strong medication and that it debalances everything in my vagina. I can't seem to get back on track and have a nice balance within my vaginal flower. I would like to know if there would be probiotics or food supplements that I could take to give me a boost in my vagina.

Hello, the product does not affect the vaginal flora necessarily, but it is possible that another type of fungus is present and that the fluco does not work well for this reason. Did the doctor require a swab? That would be something to re-evaluate if the treatment is not working very well.
Also, you can try vaginal probaclac to help you. You should also ask about possible causes of vaginitis. Menstruation? Perfume? Colored underwear that is too tight? Vaginal shower? Sexual intercourse?
Good Luck

Thank you for your feedback.
Yes, I did swabs for vaginitis, vaginosis, urinary tract infection and clamedia... according to the samples it is really a vaginitis.
For the rest I'm very careful because I've been trying to get rid of it for a long time.
No cotton underwear and no color, no underwear when I'm at home, no perfumed soaps, no big aggressive rinsing with the shower head. And as far as relationships are concerned, these are very rare because of all my irritation and my partner withdraws every time so as not to debalance my ph.
That's why I'm looking for other solutions.
I will try probalac.
Thank you

But I see that the vaginal probaclac is indicated for bacterial vaginosis.
Can it help me with vaginitis too?
Is it the same as canestin? Because I use this product regularly already.

In fact they are vaginal probiotics so it will replenish the flora to protect against fungal and bacterial infections. Canesten treats an active episode and probaclac protects.
