Teenager of 15 years old, about 1m68 for 45kg. In good health with no psychological or other health problems. But would like to gain weight quickly without success.

Hello Ma'am,
The reason I was rather vague in my previous answer is because I am not the expert on what exercises and foods to introduce in a desire to gain weight. I know it's the right thing to do in general, but you'll have to ask a kinesiologist for more specific advice.
Interestingly, most gyms offer an initial meeting with a kinesiologist at the time of registration. So I recommend you inquire there to receive more specific advice. 😊
